Estate One Company Limited respects intellectual property and expects users of Nihongo (the "Service") to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and we terminate repeat infringers.

1Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information to locate it (e.g., a description, screenshot, or link).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2What we do

On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable the material and notify the user who posted it.

3Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@bynetica.com including:

  1. Your signature;
  2. identification of the removed material and where it appeared;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (and that you'll accept service from the complaining party).

We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

5Outside the United States

We also respond to valid takedown requests under other applicable laws (e.g., the EU Digital Services Act / e-Commerce framework). Send these to support@bynetica.com with equivalent information.
