But it can't be paid-users-only, and it's Japan-only. You must disclose to any consumer who asks (incl. before purchase). The relaxation has conditions — confirm with a 行政書士/弁護士. And the EU Impressum and Google Play may still require a published address, so the clean fix is a virtual-office / business address + 050 business number (not your home / 090). In the real app, log each disclosure request.
